Honetly, trying to exchange my order was way more of a headache than I expected. The whole process felt confusing, and I kept having to wait around for someone to actually reply.
By the time I finally got help, it kinda felt like they were hoping I’d just give up. The stuff is cute, but I don’t think I’ll order again if exchanging something is this much trouble.

The site looks nice overall and it’s clean and easy on the eyes but it also feels kind of plain, like maybe they went a little too minimal with it and I was expecting a bit more personality or detail...

"Still not really sorted out"
I had a problem with my order getting it dealt with was way more frustrating than I expected. The replies took ages, and I felt like I had to explain the same thing over and over again. By the end, it was kind of handled, but not really... it still didn’t feel properly fixed. Just disappointing overall.

"Not exactly thrilled with my order"
I really did want to like this shop, because the photos made everything look so cute and worth the price. Unfortunately, what I got didn’t quite match that little fantasy, which was fun to discover after already paying for it.
The necklace was noticeably smaller and cheaper-looking in person than it appeared online, and shipping took longer than I expected. Customer service was polite enough, I guess, but mostly just sent the same kind of vague replies that don’t actually solve anything.
So yeah, overall I’m disappointed and don’t see myself ordering again. Maybe other people had a better experience, which is great for them, but mine was definitely a 1-star situation.

"So frustrating dealing with the repair"
so I sent my piece in to get repaired, and the whole thing was a mess. It took way longer than they originally told me, and I barely got any updates unless I kept emailing and chasing them down. When it finally came back, it still didn’t even look like it was fixed properly. Just really frustrating overall and not at all what I expected.

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered from gldn.com and, uh, the delivery was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and the estimated date kept changing, so I had no real idea when my order was actually going to show up.
I understand delays can happen, but this just felt disorganized, like nobody really knew what was going on. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date...

I had to follow up with customer service a couple of times before I got a response, and each reply took way longer than I expected. When they finally did get back to me, it felt like a generic copy-and-paste message rather than someone actually looking into my issue. Maybe this is just their usual process when things get busy, but I kind of assumed after the first delay that the rest of the support would be the same, and that’s pretty much how it went. I understand shops can be backed up, but sitting there with no update is really frustrating. Overall, not a great experience for me.

I guess I assumed from the pictures that the color would be brighter and the chain would have a little more weight to it. In person, the color looked much duller and the chain seemed thinner than what I thought I was getting. Maybe I was going off the product photos too much, but it just didn’t match what I had in mind.

The bracelet looked really at first, but it just didn’t hold up. I only wore it a few times and then the chain felt kinda weak and snapped. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. Dissapointed tbh

"Started tarnishing way too soon"
I bought a necklace from gldn and was disappointed when it started tarnishing after just a few wears. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but I also wasn’t wearing it in water or doing anything rough with it. I just thought it would hold up a bit longer.

I tried to return a necklace and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and they kept asking me to verify the same details over and over, which got really annoying fast. On top of that, I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I’m still waiting on my refund, and at this point I definitely wouldn’t buy from here again.

"Website was frustrating and the wait made it worse"
I tried ordering from gldn.com, but the whole experience was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I expected to just browse, pick something out, and check out, but the site kept making everything feel like a chore.
The pages were loading slowly, the filters weren’t working properly, and I kept getting kicked back when I was trying to look at different items. On top of that, I had to sit there waiting in a queue, which was really annoying when the website already wasn’t cooperating. By the time I got to the cart, I had to double-check everything because it didn’t feel reliable.
After dealing with all of that for a while, I just gave up. The products might be nice, but between the slow site, the buggy browsing, and waiting around in a queue, I didn’t feel like finishing the order.

Just a heads up to save you some time: the gold plating started wearing off after only about two weeks. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, so I’m disappointed. It looked nice at first, but it definitely didn’t last

The box showed up completely crushed, and the pouch was dirty too. Super fun to open a package that looks like it was dragged here behind the delivery truck. Not okay at all.

"Pretty at first, but not the best quality"
I thought this necklace was really cute when it arrived, and it looked nice on for the first couple of wears. Shipping was smooth too, so no complaints there. That said, it felt a lot thinner than I expected, and it started to look dull quickly. For the price, I was hoping it would hold up a little better.
